LNDL's consortial collection strategy relies on networking at the local, state, and national levels positioning the Library to allocate local collections dollars to support the academic programs and priorities of Loyola and Notre Dame. In addition, shared consortial print collections allow the Library to assess the potential use of building space to support initiatives such as a Special Collections Research Center, a Center for Faculty Excellence, and an Incubator Space.
