  • Rotating slides in the gallery: Email Jack 
  • Library flyers: Email Jack 
  • Spotlight: Email Jack 
  • LNDL Social Media: Email Jack 
  • LNDL Newsletter: Email Jack 
  • Liaisons: Confirm with Laura and Kate C.
  • Student Advisory Board: Confirm with Jack to present at meeting or email
  • Faculty Library Committee: Confirm with Admin

Submit on your own through the following links.  

  • Loyola Today: Submit via link (https://today.loyola.edu/fas/submit/?)
    • Use announcement if you need it to be posted multiple times over multiple weeks, even if it is an event  
  • Digital Signage: Email digitalsignage@loyola.edu
  • Flyers: tape them up with blue painter's tape 
    • Give to Jack who will give to Marketing Student Worker or Ruby/Caroline 
  • Campus Tabling: Contact specific campus office LNDL will be tabling with (e.g. Thrive Center, CCSJ) 

Please email Jack to submit to the following campus communication channels to coordinate which outlets are appropriate as well as to avoid duplication to campus partners.
