Copyright Information Center

Introduction

Welcome to the Copyright Information Center at the Loyola/Notre Dame Library! The Copyright Information Center aims to provide education about copyright matters to faculty, staff, and students at Loyola University Maryland and Notre Dame of Maryland University. In addition to the information found on this guide the center provides copyright education through individual consultations and workshops.

Information provided in this guide and during workshops and consultations is designed to help explain U.S. Copyright laws and how they apply to basic copyright questions that arise in the course of academic work. The information should not be considered legal advice. For legal guidance please contact university counsel.
