Library Instruction

Faculty and students may arrange for library instruction at the Loyola/Notre Dame Library or at any off-campus site. Instruction can be arranged for day, evening, or weekend classes and can be scheduled for before, after, or during class at the request of the instructor. Individual or small group instruction can also be arranged for specific times.

To arrange for instruction, fill out a request form here. For instruction in a library computer lab, use the Request a Class in the Library form; for instruction on campus or online, use the Request a Class On/Off-Campus or Online form.

Ask a Librarian

Don't forget that there are many ways to contact a librarian to get help.

The Loyola/Notre Dame Library is located at 200 Winston Avenue in Baltimore. The entrance is accessed from York Road, one traffic light north of Cold Spring Lane.

Library hours are posted on the website and can also be obtained by calling 410-617-6800.

If you'd like in-depth help with your research, consider coming to the library for a research consultation. A librarian will give specialized assistance with your research topic or a library-related skill, such as using RefWorks. A consultation will help you make the most of the library's resources. Can't come into the library? We can arrange for a consultation via phone. Fill out a research consultation form describing your needs and availability.
