There is a username/password error when logging into PaperCut.
- If you receive a username/password error when logging into PaperCut and you have not changed your password within the last 90 days, please change your GatorPass password and attempt log in again.
- If changing your password does not work, please contact the IT Help Desk to review your account
How do you change your NDMU account password?
- Go to Notre Dame’s website “ndm.edu”
- Select “Gator Hub” in the top right corner
- Go to “Password Reset” in the top array of tiles
How do you add more funds onto your printing account?
Contact the Business Office to add more funds to your account
