PsycTESTS is one among a constellation of databases offered by the American Psychological Association (APA) and is intended mainly for researchers in social sciences, healthcare, and education. It provides information on tens of thousands of psychological tests and measurements and includes downloads of roughly half of them, allowing users to incorporate these tools into their research or classrooms.

The database purports to offer the broadest purview of sociological research and related literature. Sociology Source Ultimate stands out from its predecessors in the degree and extent of its full text journal offerings, including 1,072 full-text journals, of which 1,009 are peer reviewed, 647 peer reviewed without embargo, and 601 full text offerings that are covered by either Web of Science or Scopus. In addition, the database offers full-text access to thousands of monographs, edited volumes, conference papers and proceedings, reports, working papers, etc.
